本地RPM包下载地址:

找到如下两个包下载即可:
postgresql10-10.12-1PGDG.rhel7.x86_64.rpm
postgresql10-server-10.12-1PGDG.rhel7.x86_64.rpm
创建用于管理PG的用户和组:
